Let Cavender Conference Center be your first choice when it comes to meeting spaces. We are conveniently located just 15 minutes from KCI airport and 11 minutes from downtown. We have lots of parking and a kitchen area. We have 2 smaller rooms that fit 6-10 people and a wonderful large room twill accommodate 130 chairs set theater style that is perfect for your larger event like large meetings, weddings, family reunions, or any other gathering.

Pricing

The small conference rooms will accommodate 6 to 10 people and rents for $75 per hour.

The large meeting room will accommodate 130 chairs set theater style and rents for $125 per hour (with a 2 hour minimum).

*There is a $200 cleaning fee for events with food service*
